These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NC Bourbon Insider website, services, alerts, content, boards, blog, and subscriptions (collectively, the “Service”), owned and operated by Fision Analytics, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). NC Bourbon Insider is an informational alert platform and whiskey content community. We provide community-sourced reports, data aggregation, blog content, saved boards, favorites, and subscription-based notifications regarding whiskey and bourbon availability at retail locations.

We are NOT:

  • A retailer
  • A distributor
  • A seller of alcohol
  • Affiliated with any ABC store or retailer
  • A real-time verified inventory system

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Availability

Inventory changes rapidly. Information delivered via the website, email, or SMS may be delayed, outdated, or inaccurate. You acknowledge:

  • Products may be sold out before arrival
  • Store policies may change without notice
  • Travel and purchase decisions are made at your own risk

3. Age Requirement — 21+ Only

You must be at least 21 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscription Terms & Billing

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
  • You are responsible for managing your subscription
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Pricing may change with notice

5. Compliance with Alcohol Laws

You are solely responsible for complying with all alcohol laws. We do not encourage unlawful resale, transport, or distribution.

6. SMS Alerts, Phone Verification & TCPA/CTIA Consent
